We use reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information, including secure servers, HTTPS encryption, restricted access controls, trained staff, and system monitoring. Internet transmissions are never entirely secure, and Flypark shall have no liability for the interception of data by unauthorised third parties.
7. Data retention
We retain booking and customer records for up to 7 years for accounting and business continuity purposes, in line with standard New Zealand business requirements. Communication logs are retained for 2 years. Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccuracies
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
